Do I need experience? Not at all! Beginners are more than welcome. I’m here to help you kickstart your fitness journey, ensuring you have the best possible experience from day one.
What should I expect from my first session? Your first session will be a free consultation and assessment, where I’ll get to know more about you, your goals, and your current fitness levels
How often should I train? Ideally, starting with a minimum of two sessions per week, combined with good nutrition habits, is a great foundation. It's important to tailor the frequency to individual goals and fitness levels for optimal results.
